Custom sweatshirts, hoodies, and tees will usually have three embroidery positions:
➤On the chest: Left chest (above the heart), right chest, middle chest
➤On the sleeve: Left sleeve or right sleeve (you can customize both, one side is free).
➤On the back of the shirt: In the middle.
If you want to embroider any of these positions, please place an order and let us know in the Personalized box or via an Etsy message.

We only accept returned orders with faulty embroidery, mistakes, or sizing attributable to our store.
- Just require the embroidery order to be lacking some elements or have the incorrect shirt design (10%-50%).
- In case you submit the incorrect delivery address: We will charge a shipping fee of 30% of the order value or the order's shipping price (the cost of the label we ordered).
- Service fee chart in store:
Outline embroidery : $5.
Full-thread embroidery: $10
Fee for one additional position: $5.
Fee to change image once design is available: $5
Cancellation fee once the design is available: Charge 70% of the design fee
Orders can only be canceled after 12 hours of successful order placement
